The clinical study conducted by a group of researcher from Swinburne University in Australia received the Award for best academic research of the year. This prize is awarded by the magazine NutraIngredients during the annual Vitafoods congress in Geneva.
This study presented in a previous article examines the effects of the formulation of Optim Curcuma on cognitive functions. After taking 400mg per day, the participants saw their score improve after one month. In particular, they observed an improvement in working memory tasks (short term memory), general fatigue and calmness.
